Panevezys branch was established in 1960. The branch numbers 12 employees.  Collection maintenance makes 500 thousand copies: patent documents, books, periodicals, normative documents, companies’ catalogues, information directories and others.

Services offered to readers

• Lends out publications by loan, by interlibrary lending, provides them for reading in the Reading Room

• Answers thematic, factographic, library queries and the queries for specification of the bibliographic data

• Mounts exhibitions on newly issued publications and thematic exhibitions

• Supplies contracted organizations with foreign magazines

• Carries out the searches in databases
