The functions of the Department:
· To supply the general Library collection with new literature
· To organize a rational stock of publications
· To deliver the ordered literature within the given time
· To record the orders and negative responses
· To regularly control the general collection select duplicates, outdated and unused publications for interchange and write-off.
· To compile the lists of the publications intended for interchange.
Books and periodicals are stocked in the Department. Currently there are more than 1 million of copies.
The ordered publications will be delivered at requested time.
